We were in and out in about 25 minutes, and it felt way too rushed. For the price, I expected a lot more time and a less hurried experience.

It felt way too cramped inside for my liking. Everything was packed so close together that I kept having to squeeze past people, and it just made the whole visit feel stressful. I also expected clearer instructions or at least better signs showing where to go next, because some areas were confusing. For the price, I thought it would be more comfortable and organized, but it ended up feeling messy. Not really a great experience for me.

The coat check was handy to have, especially since I didn’t want to carry my coat around all night. The line did move slowly though, and I was kind of wondering if other people had the same experience or if I just got there at a busy time. The staff were nice, so it wasn’t a huge deal, just something to keep in mind...

I was assuming there’d be a bit more variety once I got inside, but most of it kind of followed the same pattern. The exhibits started to feel similar after a while, so it didn’t really keep my attention as much as I expected.

I drove around forever trying to find a parking spot and ended up just sitting there waiting with no luck. It was really frustrating and left me annoyed before I even got inside.

The gift shop was a bit disappointing for me. To be fair, there were a few cute items and I get that prices can be higher in places like this, but a lot of the stuff felt overpriced for the quality. I wouldn’t mind paying more if it felt well-made, but most of it just didn’t seem worth it.

I took my kids here hoping they’d have a fun time, but quickly I felt uneasy. From what I saw, there just didn’t seem to be enough staff watching the play area, and kids were running around, pushing, and bumping into each other without much supervision. Maybe it was just a busy day, but as a parent, if I don’t feel like my kids are safe, it’s not worth staying. We ended up leaving early.

I had a good time overall, and the place was fun, but I was a little confused by how loud the music got at times. Like, one minute it felt fine, and then suddenly it was way too much to even talk. Still liked the vibe, just wish the sound was a bit more balanced.

Wouldn’t go back with my family, honestly. I went with my kids hoping for a fun day out, but it ended up being more stressful than enjoyable. The place was really crowded, and we didn’t get much help from the staff when we needed it. It just didn’t feel very family friendly overall, and by the time we left, we were more worn out than happy

I went to Bubble Planet with my sister, who uses a wheelchair, and overall we had a nice time. The staff were friendly and helped us figure out the easier way in, and most of the experience was manageable, but a few areas felt tight or not super straightforward.

Maybe I’m missing something, but the accessible routes didn’t always seem clearly marked, so we ended up having to ask for help a few times. It was still fun, I just wish the accessibility info was clearer before booking so we knew what to expect.

I went with my sister and we stayed way longer than we thought we would :) The bubble rooms were a blast because you’re not just standing there looking at things, you can touch stuff, move around, take pictures, and actually play with the setup.
A few areas did get kind of crowded, but the interactive parts made it totally worth it!! It felt more like messing around and having fun than walking through a regular exhibit.

I really wanted to like this place, but the lighting was just off. Some spots were so dark I felt like I had to practically beg my eyes to adjust, and then other areas had these harsh bright lights that were annoying to look at. It didn’t feel cosy or relaxing at all, more like messy and loud in a visual way. I left feeling kind of resentful because it just wasn’t the vibe I expected. I wouldn’t go back

I don’t know if it was just the day I went, but the staff seemed a little lost and the whole place felt badly organized. It was confusing enough that I kept wondering if I was missing something or if it really was that chaotic.

I really couldn’t relax here at all. The lights were super harsh, the music was way too loud, and the rooms filled up fast, so it just felt like too much from every direction. I kept trying to stick it out, but it felt like I was wasting energy just trying to cope with the space. Maybe other people would enjoy it, but for me it was sensory overload and I left with a headache.

I really love the fun colors—they make it feel cheerful right away. But the layout feels a little too crowded for me, and I found myself getting kind of overwhelmed trying to follow everything at times

I tried booking tickets the whole checkout process was way more confusing than it needed to be. After going through all the steps, the tickets never even showed up. Of course, it felt like I was stuck dealing with some useless automated system instead of an actual person who could just fix the problem.

I went in thinking there would at least be some decent snacks or drinks, but the choices were seriously limited and way overpriced. It was mostly really basic stuff, and there wasn’t much for kids either. We literally ended up having to eat somewhere else afterward. Disappointing, honestly.

The location turned into the main villain of our day. It felt like it was miles away from anything useful, and the drive took way longer than we expected. With kids in tow and not much nearby, it quickly went from mildly inconvenient to seriously frustrating.
Parking and transport didn’t help either, so by the time we finally got inside, we were already stressed and worn out. For the price, I really expected a much better spot. I wouldn’t book again unless they move somewhere easier to get to.

I bought tickets and then, of course, our plans changed and we couldn’t make it. I figured it would be a simple thing to either get a refund or just move the booking to another day, especially since this is family/kids related and anyone with kids knows schedules can fall apart fast. But nope, the refund option basically wasn’t helpful, and trying to change the date felt weirdly strict and confusing. It just ended up feeling like, too bad, your problem. In the end I lost money instead of being able to shift the tickets, which was really frustrating. I probably wouldn’t book again unless they make the refund and rescheduling policy a lot more reasonable
